With sweeping views through expansive windows, the loft features two extra-long twin beds—ideal for kids aged 5 and up or adults—a small smart TV, and a whimsical surprise: The Little Bear Cave. THE LITTLE BEAR CAVE: *Welcome to The Little Bear Cave—a cozy loft play zone designed to spark young imaginations. Stocked with games, toys, plush bean bags, and an adorable bear rug, it’s a dreamy hideaway for hours of imaginative fun and adventure. THE HOT TUB: Slip into the backyard hot tub and let the day melt away. Soft LED lighting and a soothing waterfall feature create a serene atmosphere, while surrounding trees and overhead twinkling string lights make it feel wonderfully relaxing. Although we do have neighbors on both sides, they are rarely ever there so it’s an ideal place to soak, unwind, and enjoy magical evenings beneath the stars. Happy days are here again—and the adventures are just beginning! 😊 Guest access Located in the private, amenity-filled community of Towamensing Trails, the area is home to many major Pocono attractions such as Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts, indoor water parks, ATV's, paintball, white water rafting, Historic Jim Thorpe, Penn’s Peak, horseback riding, state parks, golfing, fishing, Mount Airy Casino, The Crossing Outlets and Pocono Raceway. The community offers the following amenities within a 10-15 minute walk or 5 min drive from the cabin: + 190 acre spring fed lake with a well maintained, clean sandy beach + Fishing at the lake Marina area: PA fishing license required - a temporary one may be obtained online + Clubhouse with restaurant Also located in the Trails: • Sand volleyball • Basketball • Tennis courts + The following is open Memorial Day to Labor Day: *Swimming: there is a sandy beach that has a roped off swimming area and lifeguard on duty during normal operating hours, unless notified otherwise. *Snack Bar - at the lake beach area *Pedal boat and Kayak rentals *Community pool weekends only until Father’s Day weekend, then daily after that Every booking will receive 6 lanyards for the seasonal Community Amenities: Pool, lake, beach, tennis courts, etc., and a pass for your vehicle(s). The community is a private, family-friendly community with 24-hour security patrol. Other things to note This property is tucked into the woods, but does have neighbors on both sides - neither of which are there most times This is a smoke-free and drug-free rental. No parties or events are allowed. We rent to 25 and up unless discussed in advance. No 3rd party bookings (ie the booking individual must be one of the guests at the chalet); no professional videography/photography allowed without prior consent. *Please accurately book the correct number of adults, children, and dogs* The horseshoe driveway offers parking for up to 3 vehicles. For security, there are 3 cameras on the property: 1) Driveway, 2) Side door/side of the house, 3) Front door. These cameras are only for the safety of the property and the guests. **Please note, due to the nature of a narrow spiral staircase, it is not recommended for children under 5 to be in the loft unattended. The Hot Tub- for sanitation and safety, no children under 8 in Hot Tub and 8-15 yr olds need to be supervised. Note that the hot tub is visible from one of our neighbor's homes. However, this is his second home it’s rarely occupied. Absolutely NO bubble products of any kind. This can damage the hot tub and disrupt the ph balance. The hot tub is carefully cleaned, sanitized, and inspected for safety before each guest's arrival. However, please note that, as with any pool, use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Community Pool: Opens Memorial Day then Lake access: including boat rentals is also open on weekends only until Fathers Day through Labor Day (then daily). Pool and Beach Hours are 11am-6pm. Pool/Beach closings: Very rarely is there a closure, however it is out of our control and no refunds are given for any unforeseen events or circumstances that might cause pool/lake or other community amenities to be closed (ie staff problems, lake bacteria level, etc) All bookings will need to complete the following before getting access to the property: -Full name and Identification of the person booking and full names and license plates of all individuals bringing a vehicle. -Acceptance of the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct -Completion of the Rental Agreement (link from Docusign sent in email) Any fines imposed by security for violation of community rules will be assessed to the renter.
