This home is in a quiet, safe, beach neighborhood. The space 2 bedrooms/ 2 Full baths Master has a king bed with a full bathroom attached. 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds with a full bath just outside of room. Kitchen has all essentials with a dining room table with 6 chairs Living room with Smart TV / Roku Deck outside with table and 6 chairs Guest access Sidewalk to back stairs Stairs are only access to this unit Keypad on backdoor (code will be sent just prior to arrival) Other things to note Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, state ID) and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
