This home is in a quiet, safe, beach neighborhood. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, state ID) and sign and agree to our rental conditions. Any basic need items that have been provided at the home are complimentary to get your stay started, any additional needs will be provided by the guest. There are cameras on the front and back of home.
