It is located 2min from Namyoung station(line 1) and sookmyung woman university station(line 4) which is just next to the public tranport stop from Seoul station (Airport Metro) This house is an ideal location to explore Seoul city with Itawon, Myungdong, Dongdaemoon and Namsan tower, Seoul station, Sookyung woman university shopping street and lots of main tourist attractions. * For advantage, it is easy to access both lines 1 and 4, so it is good for 3 to 4 people to stay in Seoul at an affordable price. * For disadvantage, it is an old house, so the house is not spacious and the host or other guest can stay in one room (annex) so, the bathroom is shared. * It consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 kitchen, and has a small yard. bathroom is shared with the host or other guests. It is most suitable for 4 people with 1 queen bed and 2 singles. It is equipped with Internet TV and air conditioning, and it is warm in winter with individual heating and cool in summer.
