Both bedrooms are newly built and tastefully furnished in the attic. They are functional, pleasant and independent of our house. They have real comfort. Five beds in total, shower room, toilet. There is no kitchen area. The space The rooms have a completely separate entrance from the house. Provision of a closed parking space. The space is secure. We only rent rooms with the option to enjoy the garden and pool. We do not rent our garden or pool for parties, etc. under any circumstances. Following the health crisis, we guarantee that we have followed the cleaning guidelines based on recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Guest access Both rooms will only be rented to one family. Guests are welcome to use the pool while respecting the neighborhood and the tranquility of the Hosts. (€3/pers/day package) There is a summer kitchen, it is the owners' space to accommodate their family and friends during the summer season, which is why they reserve the priority. During the summer season, it may be available, upon request only. They can make it available (at the price of €30 per day). You will have at your disposal: barbecue, plancha, stove, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, everything for cooking, dinner and breakfast. Guests can also enjoy the garden. Other things to note As a reminder, our space does not have a kitchen area. At your request, we can offer you a breakfast consisting of Tea, Coffee, Chocolate, fruit juice, homemade jams, fruit, bread, brioche, gingerbread, yogurt, fruit according to the season. (€10.00/pers) In agreement with the owner and in advance of the reservation (and during the period only from May to October) you will be able to use the summer kitchen (a quote will be offered).
