A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property. Don't hesitate to inquire about renting the entire property for a special event, be it a reception, anniversary celebration, or corporate retreat. Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the washer and dryer occupy the second floor, requiring stairs for access. Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 reside on the ground level.
