You will love relaxing on the back porch, fishing off the floating dock, kayaking, paddle boarding, relaxing by the fire pit, playing cornhole and much more! The space The living, dining, kitchen and bar seating areas are perfect for entertaining and are great gathering spaces. The primary bedroom has a spacious queen bed with cozy linens and a set of closets. The primary bath has a shower, toilet and plenty of towels for your stay. The family room sectional sofa is deep and very comfortable, and a twin size hideaway bed can be found in the oversized accent chair. Like to Play Cards & Sing Karaoke? The coffee table is perfect for card playing and gathering close to the karaoke machine, a Bluetooth-capable machine that can play any song from your device! With a pair of microphones and speakers, the entertainment is endless! Upstairs, you can enjoy a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and storage for luggage. The bunk room is perfect for kids and has two sets of bunks - sleeping 4 on individual twin beds. The closet is equipped with fun toys, too! Want to Play Games? The water at the "sea wall" is approximately 4' deep at the "full pool"; meaning when the lake is full from rainfall. In seasons of drought, the water at the dock is as shallow as 1' deep and it ranges in depth from rainfall. Other things to note Outside, the activities continue with a fire pit, kayaks, paddle board or peddle boat. Bring your fishing poles and plan to catch some fish right off the floating dock or tie up your watercraft during your stay. A deck with multiple seating areas surrounding the rear of the home makes it easy to sit outside while others are swimming in the water. On the lawn, enjoy outdoor seating at the picnic table or play a game of corn hole. Guests have access to the Lakewood Estates community boat ramp and beach area - both just a short walk down the street from Scenic Cove.
