The Tiki Hut is a private bungalow on the second floor, offering a great view of the Cotee River. Golf cart and boat rental from the property. Free use of kayaks. The space Cute studio bungalow which feels like staying in a tiki hut with a small kitchen and full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything you need with an air fryer, pots n pans, a medium-sized fridge, a large stainless sink, a toaster oven, microwave, etc. Pretty much anything you need, unless you want to cook a turkey. Ha! Private dock. Great for vacations, Snowbirds, traveling nurses or Corporate employees. Boaters Paradise is located on the Cotee River about 3/4 mi from the open Gulf. Kinda fun to see the other houses/mansions and restaurants along the way. The tiki bars/restaurants are close by and easy to kayak to. 1 mile to downtown. You may never need to use your car. Great fishing off the dock. We catch yellowtail tuna, sheepshead, redfish, tarpon, seabass, etc. Bring your catch up and cook on the Daniel Boone smoker, charcoal grill, gas grill or on the grate on the firepit next to the water. There are several places close by to rent boats, paddle boards, and bicycles. This property has free use of kayaks and golf cart rental. Visit downtown New Port Richey with several new restaurants, breweries, and bars. Check out Sims Park for festivals and concerts. Tropical Breeze Casino. Also visit the Suncoat theater. The builder of my home was President back in the 30's40's and is said to haunt the place. My friends/guests say he also haunts my property. I have to agree, but he isn't mean. He (Willard) is funny and kind of annoying. You will notice there aren't any clocks because they would always go forward in time. I've ended up at appointments hours early thanks to the clocks. Now I only depend on my phone. I even bought a battery-operated clock, thinking it would keep time. It danced around the counter, making the strangest noise until I ripped the batteries out. I've had several reports from guests that are unexplainable. I dunno what to think. I also have other studios in case you want to bring friends or family. And, blowup mattresses if you don't mind walking on each other. Lololol! I'm a very easy-going, sociable host who likes happy hour with guests but I can also leave you to yourselves. Lol! Guest access Dock, bbq, fire pit, yard, deck. Other things to note Please ALWAYS keep gates closed. I have two small Yorkies and I don't want to lose them. Also, visit the Suncoat Theater. The interior has a tiki hut feel, with bamboo throughout. 3 bbq's-gas, charcoal or smoker, fire pit and a picnic table overlooking the river. Tiki bar/restaurants within .5 mi. It's fun to kayak or golf carting to them. 1 mile to downtown NPR has several new restaurants and bars. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Free use of kayaks.
