Get away from the city and come to the mountains to rest, unwind, regroup with friends and family. This new home near Chattanooga, TN accommodates 12 guests of all ages, with a ramp entrance and a curb less shower on main floor for any handicap guest. The game room in the basement area includes air hockey, foosball table, elliptical machine, large TV for movie night, board games, and a card table. This 3-level home has an open concept for family and friends, full kitchen and grill on deck. The space New construction, open space concept, country feel. Main floor has king size bed in bedroom with full bathroom, including wheelchair accessibility. Full kitchen with island, dining area seating for 8, TV and sitting area with 3 couches, 2 that are futons. Slider on main floor opens to wrap around deck. Two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and full bath that overlooks the main floor. Numerous windows with blinds for natural light that overlooks 3 acres of nature. Basement is 1000 square feet with common area for TV, 2 couches, 1 double bunk bed, and 1 queen be that sleep 6. Playroom with games and activities for all ages. Full bath with tub in basement. Outside yard is inviting with tree swing, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, horseshoe pit, volleyball net, soccer net, frisbees and basketball hoop in parking area. Additional outdoor tables and chairs, picnic table for eating as desired. Additional guests considered with owner approval. Guest access Total home is 2800 square feet, outdoor space is 3.8 acres. 3.8 acres of green space to play with family, friends and pets. Other things to note I have ample area for dogs to play outside and be a part of the family fun.
