The dining room seats 6 with the option to expand to 8, 4 additional seats are located at the breakfast bar next to the dining table. The house sleeps up to 12 guests, 9 adults comfortably plus kids. It includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It includes two King Master bedrooms. There is a spacious master bedroom located on the first floor with a King Bed and a patio door leading to the deck. The main level full bathroom sits just outside the door. Located on the second floor is the 2nd master bedroom with a King Bed, walk in closet, and attached full bathroom. Also located on the second floor is the 3rd full bathroom, 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom featuring custom made bunk beds including a Queen Bed, and three Twin Beds. All four bedrooms include blackout blinds, brand new hybrid mattresses, and 100% cotton sateen luxury sheets. Full length mirrors in both master bedrooms as well. This house offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, high speed WIFI, Smart TV’s in main living area, both master bedrooms, and bunk room with streaming services including YouTube TV, Netflix and Disney+. Additionally, there is a Blu Ray Player with a wide selection of DVDs as well as board games and a growing book collection.
