Other things to note Like much of the local region, pace of life can be much slower than many of our hectic daily lives. Usually, this is a feature, not a bug. It can, however, extend to quirky things like wifi speeds and cell phone service. While wifi is included free of charge, it and your cell service access can still be slower than you might be used to.
