The space The location of Los Rocailles is difficult to beat - a tranquil cul-de-sac of only several properties, only 4 min of easy, not steep ( unlike most of the properties in moraira) walk to the lovely El Portet beach and several cafes and restaurants. Early in 2025 the villa underwent a partial renovation, including the addition of an extra bedroom with a double sofa bed. This new place is flexible- it can be used as a cosy extra sitting room when the group is smaller, or as a proper bedroom when you’re up to eight guests. One of the highlights of the villa is the amount of outdoor space. With a tropical paradise garden and three inviting patios and verandas to choose from, there’s always a sunny or shady spot for everyone to relax. And thanks to the villa’s great location close to the beach, it’s easy for larger groups to come and go as they please - no waiting around for lifts or cars, just a short stroll back whenever you feel like it. The parking situation around the beaches of Moraira in summer months could be a real challenge. Just walking to the beach with your paddle board under your arm, or beach parasols you can find in the garage, is a true privilege. The charming, traditional villa, sitting behind the tall gates in a walled garden, bursting with palms, cypresses and bougainvillea, offers an ideal place for a relaxing family holiday. The ground floor has an open plan sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area with a breakfast bar. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a full size fridge/freezer and opens up to the Bbq terrace. There is a separate reception room with the french doors, opening up to the covered terrace. The sofa bed easily converts into double bed, with all the linen provided. A twin/double bedroom and a shower room are located on the ground floor also, with two further bedrooms(one double and one twin bedded) upstairs, along with a bathroom. All the bedrooms, sitting room and dining room are air conditioned, and also cooled by ceiling fans. Free high speed Wifi is provided. The fire stick TV offer all the Sky channels on numerous languages. The pool is across the garden and up some steps, but can be viewed from both the Bbq and front terraces. The 7,5 by 4 m kidney size pool has Roman steps, shallow and deep ends and outdoor shower. The spacious pool terrace has a lounging area with a large corner sofa, sun loungers and parasols. Please, note, the garage has a restricted height and only available for small cars. You will find a parking for 2 cars on a private driveway. There's a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the laundry room in the basement. Please, note, there are some steps to the villa's front entrance and to the pool terrace.
