Welcome to our beautiful riverside/lake front beach house. One bedroom, 1 bath home sits right on the river bank. Enjoy stunning panoramic views, magnificent sunsets from the wraparound deck, & soundscapes of nature in this hidden oasis, surrounded by the friendliest folks around. The space The home is set up perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway with open views of the river/lake. It's an open loft style home with open stairs to the 2nd floor that is all open and overlooks the living area below with blackout shades to help sleep in longer. Guest access Free parking on site with easy access to East Peoria,Peoria, & Peoria Heights, and Washington, for shopping and attractions. Other things to note The River/lake is a river/lake, not a pool. Swimming is at your own risk. There are beach chairs and an area to build a fire (also at your own risk). The beach is a mix of sandy and rocky. There may or not be shells. It depends on the weather and season. Water shoes would benefit if planning to go into water. The water for the home is well water which is completely safe to drink & shower, but is different than bottled water. It's personal preference. Property is owned by a local Real Estate agent.
