The living room is a blend of style and comfort, featuring a deep-seated couch where you can curl up and enjoy your favorite streaming service on the Smart TV. Each bedroom is adorned with luxurious 100% cotton linens and equipped with Smart TVs, providing a serene space for everyone to recharge after a day of exploration. Working remotely is a breeze with our blazing-fast 200mbps internet speed at your disposal. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom treats you to a queen bed and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase an unobstructed ocean view. The third bedroom features a set of two twin bunk beds. With three bathrooms in total, convenience and comfort is ensured for all guests. The property is rich with coastal vegetation. The curated atmosphere along with the refreshing ocean breeze will make for the most relaxing getaway. Guest access You'll have access to everything you see in the photos! Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Entry to the property is seamless with our smart lock system. On the morning of your check-in, you will receive an email containing the smart lock code and any other relevant details for a smooth and hassle-free entry. Other things to note Please take a moment to read everything on this listing page. If everything is agreeable, great! When you complete your reservation you’ll receive our check-in form which is required to be filled out and signed prior to check-in, or else your entrance code will not be generated. For your safety and ours, the check-in form requires you to upload an ID, take a selfie and sign the house rules. If you do not agree with the house rules, you are welcome to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking without penalty. The home, like many in the area, doesn't have central AC. Being so close the coast, it's best to open up the windows to enjoy the cool breeze of the Pacific. Each room has ceiling fans as well. Please be aware the hot tub in the backyard is not an available amenity at this time. There is now a 6-person brand new jacuzzi in the backyard guests are welcome to enjoy! For stays longer than 30 days, please contact the host prior to booking. While our first priority is ensuring our guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and well-being of our neighbors and community. Please review all the house rules listed below prior to confirming your reservation. While we hope to never encounter this scenario, by confirming your reservation, you are acknowledging that your reservation can be terminated mid-stay for violating any of these rules. If everything is agreeable, great! We can’t wait to welcome you and do everything possible to make sure you have an amazing stay. DURATION Check-in is 4:00PM or later unless other arrangements have been approved by the host. Access instructions will be sent through the booking platform the morning of your stay only after the guest agreement has been signed. Check-out is at 11:00AM unless previously discussed. Guests shall vacate the unit at the end of its rental period. If the housekeepers arrive on time at 11:00 AM and the unit is not vacated, guests will be charged $100 every fifteen minutes past 11:00 AM (pass through) for their delay. Guests who overstay their reservation prevent us from offering reservations with same day transitions and creates operational challenges for our housekeeping staff and for guests arriving the same day. We are equally committed to making sure the house is ready for your arrival as well. GUEST You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property. Guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including an email, phone number, and a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in). NOISE This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we participate in a community noise reduction program. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us be good neighbors! We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10:00PM-8:00AM. ADDITIONAL GUESTS, EVENTS, and GATHERINGS We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests or visitors unless previously authorized by the host. Unauthorized additional guests/visitors will result in an unauthorized visitor fee of $250 per person. If using party decorations, please do not use tape that will damage the paint on the walls, confetti or glitter in the home or backyard. If any tape, decorations, glitter, or confetti are found on the property following your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. PETS Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property. Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet, and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out. Please note that even if there’s a no-pets policy, there may have been service animals in the past. We cannot guarantee that the property is completely free of pet allergens. DAMAGE Guests are required to report all damage that occurred during their stay to the host via the booking platform, prior to check-out. We understand accidents happen, but guests will be financially responsible for any damage that occurs during their reservation that is not covered by the damage waiver. Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment, or items from the unit, including any linen, dishes, or any other items from the unit. Guests will be liable for any additional costs, charges or expenses resulting from any damage, lost or stolen items, or excessive check-out cleaning. SMOKING Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself, and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $2,000 for smoke remediation. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: doing either will result in immediate eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement. SECURITY This property implements video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS If you’re interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact the host to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. INSURANCE Having operated throughout the pandemic, we recommend the booking platform's travel insurance for your reservation or booking with a credit card that has such a policy. In the event you need to cancel or alter your stay, the cancellation policy will be adhered to. Thank you for understanding. PLEASE NOTE Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. Host is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
