Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the North side of Canyon Lake. Soak in the beautiful lake views from the open and bright living space and outdoor decks, watch the deer roam, hear the bird songs, and make beautiful memories with your friends and family. Please note that drought is affecting lake access as water has been receding away from the house. Exposed lake land has created beautiful trails to explore. The space Our lake house has beautiful lake and hill country views surrounded by wildlife. Deers, birds, and occasionally a fox visits our home. While it is lakefront, due to the drought, lake has receded further away. Half of the lot around the house is fully fenced and gated with plenty of parking spots. The other half backs to the lake and army corps owned trails and shoreline. We have a fire pit to hangout as you walk towards the lake through the meadows. As you walk into the house, the first floor has 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jilll bathroom and a laundry room. The second floor has the living room, dining, kitchen, powder bath and the master suite. You will feel right at home in our kitchen which is very well stocked with pots/pans, instant pot, air fryer etc. apart from coffee and tea. We love hanging out on our second floor deck sipping coffee soaking in beautiful views. Downstairs porch has a charcoal grill. We have opened up our home to dogs. You can feel safe with them being able to explore in fully fenced front and back yards. Please note we don't allow any other pets - dogs only. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except for the garage and owner closets.
