Relaxation and comfort awaits you the moment you step into our Bahia Beach getaway. Our 3 bed/3 bath townhome is perfect for couples, families, and small furry friends. Our well appointed home is beautifully furnished. It features new sofa & love seat, 4 terraces, 2 overlooking the harbor (where manatees and dolphins have been spotted swimming), 4 TVs, free internet, washer/dryer, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Tile and hardwood floors throughout. Our home includes a master bedroom which has a king poster bed and en-suite bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is located next to the main bath. Plus we have a queen air mattress available and a pack n play. Guests do not have access to the garage. As your host, we make it our priority to make your trip as comfortable as possible and strive to meet or exceed your expectations. To get you started we provide 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bath soap and 1 bath tissue roll in each bathroom. In addition we also provide complementary laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags, and dish detergent. The townhome is in the Resort & Club at Little Harbor which is right on Tampa Bay between Tampa and Sarasota but away from the crowds. The beach is just yards from our home. On the beachfront you can enjoy full service dining all day, the tiki bar with live entertainment, and the beautiful sunsets over Tampa Bay. The community offers a private beach, heated pool, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, basketball, pickleball/tennis, playground, boating, 2 marinas with slips and a fishing pier. Golf cart available for an additional fee through the owner or other sources. Plenty of parking at and near our home. Golf carts available for rent. We provide guaranteed professional cleaning before your arrival by a cleaning company who stands behind their work. If there is an issue, they will come back out and clean per your request. We also provide 1 soap and 1 bath tissue roll for each bathroom to get you started, as well as 1 roll of paper towels.
