The space - 5 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Everyone stays comfortably. - Over 3,000 sqft for you and your families. - Wireless internet throughout the house. - Steps from Main St of Littleton, NH. - Park on the property, and enjoy the town without traffic. - Large yard with hammock and fire pit. - Fenced year for pet to run at. - Dedicated child room. - 1 high chair and 1 pack & play. - Major White Mountains activities within 30 minutes drive. Guest access Guests have full access to the property - interior, back deck and yards. Other things to note === PETS === Yes, we do have a pet fee of $150 per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation. Please bring your pet outside for potty, and pick up the waste afterwards. Leaving pet waste or not register your pet will cause a $500 fine for extra cleanings. === GUESTS === There is an extra guest fee for group of more than 6 persons, all guests and visitors need to be registered. If there are unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a $500 fine, and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors. === SMOKING === Smoking inside the property is absolute prohibited. If smoking outside the property, please stay away from the property at least 6 feet, and clean up the cigarette butts. Smoking inside the house or finding cigarette butts, there will be a $500 fine for cleaning. === DAMAGE/LOSS === Please note that if there is any damage to the property caused during your stay, you will be charged for it afterward.
