The space The space is cozy and comfortable with everything you need for a short or long term stay. This apartment is a part of a small complex of 5 with a shared back yard space. This apartment is the only one with its own private porch and rocking chair. Guest access Everything inside the home is of course private. Everything outside of your unit including the community game room and backyard is a shared space. Other things to note This apartment is a part of a small complex of 5 units. All your neighbors are guests like yourself and likely are traveling for work or pleasure. I do have one elderly man who lives in the east most apartment. He tends to the yard and takes care of our plants as well. He lives here full time and his privacy and right to a peaceful living environment should be respected. Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible.
