The space Welcome to Station 3 at the Railroad Ranch, a fully automated smart home managed by our A.I. butler, Ziggy. The kitchen, bathroom, floors, lighting, and more have all been modernized and resurrected to offer the ultimate comfort and convenience. Watch the outdoor cameras from the TV, marvel at the technical wonders of the Echo Show 15 in the kitchen, and control scenes and programs with the touch of a button. You'll sleep soundly on our 12-inch memory foam beds. Our NASA-based technology ensures your health and safety with a 99.9% reduction of SARS-CoV-2 airborne in just 60 seconds and sterilization of all hard surfaces after 7 hours. Stay at Station 3 and experience the future of smart homes. We can't wait to host you! Guest access Guests have full access to Kitchen, Laundry room, bathroom, and all spaces in Station 2. When Station 3 (adjacent unit) has a check-out during your stay, our cleaning staff will access the pass-thru door to utilize the washer and dryer. (a 24-hour notice will be given to guests) Guests can lock the kitchen door to the laundry room for additional privacy during this time. The laundry room will be closed from 11 am until 3 pm. Parking is free with a maximum of 2 vehicles. If you need additional vehicles, please inquire. Other things to note **Smoking** No smoking is allowed inside the Ranch. If smoking is detected, a 500 fee will be charged. There is a designated smoking area in the back by the carport. ***Wheel Chair*** Do you need a wheelchair during your stay? We have one available for a one-time fee of 25. Ask your host for more information. **PETS** All pets must be added to the reservation. When you add pets to the reservation, a $25 per pet per night pet fee is included in the price. If you have more than two pets, please let me know. Please feel free to request all supporting documents. **Guest Registration Terms** The following two steps are required to complete registration: 1. Sign our short-term rental agreement. (sent after you book your reservation) 2. Fill out our 5-star experience form; a non-refundable 45 damage waiver or a refundable 300 deposit is required. ** The door code is revealed after steps one and two are completed. Please complete steps 1 and 2 before check-in to avoid a cancellation performed by the guest or Airbnb, so as not to affect the host's cancellation status on the platform.
