The space Step into Station Three, a fully automated smart home designed for a memorable, high-tech experience. Your stay is managed by Ziggy, our friendly A.I. butler. The space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, with room for up to 6. Modern Comfort & Design: The living area features a captivating train mural. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs. Restful Sleep: Bedrooms are equipped with premium 12-inch memory foam beds for ultimate comfort. Advanced Health & Safety: Our home utilizes NASA-based air purification technology, proven to reduce airborne viruses (including SARS-CoV-2) by 99.9% in 60 seconds and sterilize hard surfaces. Superior Connectivity: Enjoy lightning-fast Wi-Fi and ethernet connections, perfect for remote work or streaming. Guest access As our guest, you will have full and private access to the entire Station 3 unit, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces. Your stay includes free parking for up to 2 vehicles. If you require parking for additional vehicles, please inquire with us before your stay. Other things to note Pre-Arrival Process: After confirming your booking, you will receive a secure link to our guest portal to complete three quick steps: government-issued ID verification, a digital signature on our rental agreement, and a refundable $300 security deposit. The deposit is an authorization hold (not a charge) and is fully released after checkout, provided there is no damage. Shared Laundry Access: Please note that when the adjacent unit (Station 2) has a checkout, our cleaning staff will need to access the pass-thru laundry room between 11 am and 3 pm. We will always provide you with 24-hour notice. You may lock the kitchen door to the laundry room for additional privacy during this time. Reporting Issues: We strive for perfection. If you notice any issues upon arrival, please report them to us within 24 hours. Promptly reporting any malfunctions that occur during your stay allows us to resolve them quickly for you.
