When the adjacent unit has a checkout, our cleaning staff may need to access this room between 11 am and 3 pm. We will always provide you with a 24-hour notice, and you may lock the kitchen door to the laundry room for additional privacy. Other things to note Pre-Arrival Process: After booking, you will receive a secure link to our guest portal to complete three quick steps: government-issued ID verification, a digital signature on our rental agreement, and a refundable $300 security deposit. This is an authorization hold, not a charge, and is released after a damage-free checkout. Shared Laundry Access: The laundry room is a pass-through space. When the adjacent unit has a checkout, our cleaning staff may need to access this room between 11 am and 3 pm. We will always provide 24-hour notice. Reporting Issues: We strive for a perfect stay. If you notice any issues upon arrival or if a malfunction occurs, please report it to us within 24 hours so we can resolve it for you quickly.
