Surrounded by a forest is the private chlorine pool, 9 x 4.5 meters and a depth of between 1 and 2.1 meters, open from March to October. It is situated on a large terrace in the lower part of the house, behind a staircase surrounded by 10 sunbeds. The exteriors of the house are enormous and apart from the pool area there are several terraces, a patio and a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious family meals and enjoy them outdoors. The furnished terrace with table and chairs for dining offers clear views of the forest, the mountains and even a little bit of the sea on the horizon. Without a doubt, it is a more intimate and secluded place, where you can read a book or chat quietly with the beautiful views of the village. The house has 2 floors, is equipped with elegant furniture and decorated with a genuine Mallorcan warmth. After a day full of activities, you can lie down on the sofa in the living room and watch satellite TV, while a warm fire burns in the fireplace on cold days. There is a second reading room; ideal if you need a quiet corner to rest. The dining room has a large wooden table and some majestic chairs. The fully equipped Mallorcan kitchen includes a gas hob, coffee maker, eating area, microwave, and all the necessary cooking utensils. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds. There is a space to prepare 1 cot and 1 highchair. Some stairs go to the first floor where there are 4 more bedrooms, two with a double bed and the others with 2 single beds. One bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a double washbasin. There are two more bathrooms on this upper floor, one with a bath and one with a shower. There is oil central heating throughout the house, as well as 6 fans. The laundry room on the terrace offers a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The plot is fenced in and there are no neighbours around. There is outside parking for 4 cars Other things to note IMPORTANT: GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 ARE NOT ACCEPTED! ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the agency to communicate your arrival time and arrange for key pick-up. - One day before your arrival, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and key collection. - Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Check-out: 12:00 AM - 10:00 AM - If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, contact the agency to specify availability, cost and hours. DEPOSIT - Upon arrival, guests must pay a deposit of €800.00 by card. It will be refunded within 7 days of check-out if the house is in the agreed conditions. - Extra electricity not included in the price: €20.00 per day. PRIOR REQUEST - The transfer service is arranged with extra payments 72 hours in advance. - Free crib and high chair. - Second crib and high chair €10.00/day. - Extra bed if available: €28.00/day. - Additional heating is paid per diesel consumption €2.00/liter and deducted from the deposit.
