In the small-scale Caleton Blanco complex, directly on the boulevard of Puerto del Carmen with bars, restaurants and shops. From the boulevard, there is direct access to the long, wide sandy beach. The location is centrally located between the old and new city. The apartment is on the ground floor with sea views from the spacious terrace, in a quiet complex with well-maintained gardens and a swimming pool with children's pool. The apartment features a recently completely renovated, spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The bedrooms both have two beds. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and dryer and there is enough space for storing suitcases and other items. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be folded out into a spacious bed for one adult. In addition, a folding bed is provided for a sixth comfortable sleeping place. The TV connection offers channels from all over the world. Of course, the apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi. There is also air conditioning (cool/heat/coin operated); each guest receives sufficient credits for average use. Early check-in and/or late check-out following your flight is possible on request; we charge a small fee for this. Other things to note According to Spanish regulations, all guests must be registered upon arrival — just like when checking into a hotel.
