Best location on Sugar Mountain. Wonderfully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the only true ski-in, ski-out at the top of Sugar Mountain. It is literally 100 feet from the new high speed ski lift on Sugar. It is also 100 steps from the condo amenities that include hot tub, sauna, pool and gym. Amazing views from the deck including multiple mountains all the way into Tennessee. Close to Sugar and Banner Elk and Boone. Short drive to dining, hiking and mountain coaster. The space This is a first floor, two bed two bath condo. There are a few steps down into the unit. The master bedroom includes a king bed, on suite with walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom includes a full bed and also twin bunks. You can easily sleep 3 kids in this room. The guest bath includes double vanities and a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has all new appliances and a small breakfast bar. We also provide a Kuerig and traditional coffee maker. The living room has a small sectional sleeper sofa and 2 reclining chairs. High speed WiFi. TVs located in both bedrooms and living room. Smart TVs including YouTubeTV, HULU, Disney+, Amazon Prime. We also provide SundayTicket for all the Sunday NFL games. In unit washer and dryer. Multi zone heating. We also provide a portable AC unit for the few summer days when it is needed. Guest access Guest will access the unit with a smart lock. No skis, snow boards or skis allowed in the unit. There is a ski locker located outside the unit. This is a no-smoking unit. Other things to note Wow... the best slope views! Walk to the new highspeed lift at Sugar Mountain. Be the first one on the slopes. The clubhouse has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling in nice grassy areas.
