The space Note: We welcome guests of all ages—no age requirement to book. Parking is included. In the master bedroom, you will find a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with one queen size bed. Other things to note Please note that for the comfort of all our guests, animals, including pets and service animals, are not allowed on our property due to the guests' and owner's allergies. If we find that this policy has been violated, the reservation will be canceled immediately, and a deep cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. No refund will be provided for the remaining days of the stay. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all, we strictly prohibit guests from throwing any items off the balcony. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the unit and a fine of $250.
