The Heart of the City is a sunny, private 2nd story suite in an historic home. A large balcony for lounging & comfortable living space with Netflix and high-speed WiFi welcome you. A king size Tempurpedic mattress with Euro-style hypo-allergenic coverings and black-out curtains encourage great sleep. Enjoy the well-stocked kitchenette, spacious bathroom with over-sized shower with massage head & comfy Sleeper couch. Located just two blocks from Massachusetts street in the heart of the city. The space The space is located downtown and the neighborhood is known to have people who smoke and use outdoor firepits. Although the inside is smoke-free, smoking is allowed on the private upstairs balcony. The suite is newly remodeled and we are still putting on finishing touches. Guest access The apartment and balcony are private space for the guest. There is off-street parking in back. The yard is small but guests are welcome to make themselves at home. Other things to note This is a 2nd story apartment available by stairs.
