Be sure to follow parking HOA guidelines sent to you after booking. For your safty and security there are multiple security cams outside the property, Pls don’t disturb the camera position for any reason.   Ø For your additional protection there are multiple google nest smoke detector / carbon monoxide detectors. (Downstairs walkway, Upstairs walkway) Ø Home has multiple Google Nest wifi (WHITE) Mesh routers and they are in different spots of the house plugged in for best WIFI... It is not just used by guests but also by other smart devices in and around the home such as the doorbell cam and smart fire/carbon monoxide detector etc. Pls keep kids away from them and refrain from unplugging them from power. Pool safety alarm is enabled on patio doors. It’s for your kids safety.. Don’t handle those.. If you need that disabled we will be happy to oblige. Pls send a msg to property management or owner 24 hours prior. Florida is a warm place as you aware. To avoid unwanted guests (insects reptiles) thru door both main door and garage entrance door from inside has auto close installed. They don’t lock automatically. Pls don’t obstruct closing door unless necessary.
