The space Experience luxury living in our modern and recently renovated 5-bedroom house in Merimbula, featuring breathtaking views of the Top Lake. As you step inside, you'll find an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the mid-level. The fully equipped kitchen boasts two Bosch ovens, perfect for preparing delicious meals for your family or friends. The mid-level also features a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, sharing a bathroom with a shower and a bath. Both rooms offer stunning views of the lake. Upstairs, you'll find the spacious main bedroom with a WIR and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. This level also has a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney, Prime, and more. There's even a study nook with a desk and chair for those who need to catch up on work during their stay. The lower level has two further bedrooms, one with two sets of bunks that sleeps four, and another with an ensuite featuring two single beds that can be converted into a king. The lower level also boasts a rumpus room with a Smart TV, Netflix, Disney, Stan, and Foxtel, making it the perfect place for some indoor entertainment. Step outside and soak up the sunshine on the large balcony, complete with a lounge suite, outdoor table, and a Ziegler 4-burner BBQ. The perfect place to watch the sunset over Merimbula Lake. Our house is zoned into two separate living spaces, upstairs and downstairs, each with their own outdoor living space, offering the perfect balance of privacy and shared spaces. Other things to note The house is located in a quiet residential area, so please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. The pool is not heated, but it's still great for a refreshing swim during hot summer days. It faces west and gets lot of sun and it generally very warm. The house is conveniently located just a short drive from Merimbula's town center, where you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops to explore. Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The pool is cleaned every two weeks to ensure it's in top condition for your stay. However, as the pool sits in a garden with lots of trees, leaves may fall into the pool during windy conditions. A pool cleaner is available at all times to remove any leaves or debris from the pool, ensuring it's clean and safe for swimming. Please let us know if you require assistance with the pool during your stay. Our house is professionally cleaned before and after each guest's stay to ensure it's in perfect condition for your arrival. A gardener comes through fortnightly to mow the lawn and keep the garden looking neat and tidy.
