Home lies at the bottom of a very steep hill. Please review photos. The space The space is comprised of 3 bedrooms and a loft with 2 twin beds. The 1st downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The second downstairs bedroom has a full bed and 2 twin trundle bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bedroom and a private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart tv’s. The kitchen is fully furnished with all standard cooking utensils, coffee maker, keurig maker, stove, dishwasher. Just outside the porch is a screened in porch. The boat dock has a 22ft boat slip with lift and a ride on jet ski slip. The home is located down a hill by the water. The driveway is steep but accessible in a 2wd vehicle.
