The space This 3800 square foot space is all about the incredible view. Drinking your coffee in the morning on the back deck is the perfect way to get yourself started. Beyond the deck is a fully unobstructed (except for ravens soaring the thermals and occasional hummingbirds) view of the entire valley. From Delta to Grand Mesa and the stars above. Inside the home has been fully remodeled with new floors, beds, and ceilings. We would describe the vibe as western Colorado modern. There is also a dog door in the kitchen to allow your fur babies to join you in our fenced in private orchard. Other things to note Here on the Western Slope we have a very dry climate. As such it is common to use evaporative cooling systems in place of air conditioning units. In the hottest parts of the summer the unit keeps the home in the low to mid 70s during the day. During the spring fall and winter we enjoy the crisp mountain air or turn on the central heating system.
