After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, or inside enjoying the smart TVs. The space -This is a combined listing of 3 studio units which gives you the ability to book as a group but still have your privacy during your stay. -Each unit has its own kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping arrangements. -Unit A features a queen-size sofa bed in the living area -Unit B features a queen-size bed along with a double air mattress. -Unit C features a queen-size bed and 2 single beds. -Kitchens are complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker. -Relaxing patio to enjoy under the Cali sun. -There is a coin washer and dryer at the unit. -There are mini splits that provide AC Other things to note: We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay: -All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise. -Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removing pads for your convenience! -Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them: ----No smoking in the house ($100 fee for breaking) ----No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking) ----No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking) ----We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please help us out and do not remove/unplug any hardware at the property, as this may incur additional fees. ----Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside.
