In addition top floor units at Sage Creek are quieter because there are no floors above them. The top floor also has 10' to 12' vaulted ceilings as well as tall 8 foot doors. A gas fireplace warms the cozy living room which is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sleeper sofa. A 65" TV is connected to the internet for your viewing pleasure. The sofa sleeper in Living Room is Queen sized and is equipped with a memory foam mattress cover. A balcony with a BBQ grille is adjacent to the living room and serves as an additional gathering spot.
