Etowah’s Cottage-dogs, king beds, hike, raft

Centrally located dog friendly home, for families to access the Cherokee National Forest. The Cottage is located in a residential neighborhood in the quaint historic railroad town of Etowah. Walking distance to downtown. The cottage provides the perfect base to return to after day of hiking rafting, motorcycle riding or exploring the area. Come home to a hot shower and Netflix. The space You will have access to the entire home and fenced yard with no shared space. We recommend 4 adults and 3 children although a small adult could sleep on the pull out. Please bring your Netflix or other streaming passwords, there is no cable. There are several items that you’re welcome to borrow, but please return, including: hiking sticks, lifejackets for the river, a portable charcoal grill and for camp chairs. We are dog friendly (but no cats sadly due to owner allergies). Guest access There is on street parking and a driveway. There is a concrete wall next to the driveway, use care when parking. There is also a grass alley behind the house and a double opening gate to the backyard for additional parking Other things to note Please see house rules for information regarding pets.
