VILLA SOLE is on three levels: on the ground floor the living area consists of a large living room with two sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. From the living area, lit by large French windows, there is access to the outdoor area. A large terrace furnished with table and chairs overlooks the private pool. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two further double bedrooms with two complete bathrooms with shower. All rooms are elegantly furnished and have large windows with lake views. An external staircase leads from the ground floor terrace to the swimming pool, the relaxation area and the laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, has Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, and a private parking space outside the property, located 150 metres away. Guest access VILLA SOLE has a private car park outside the property and can be reached on foot from the private car park via a short uphill stretch of about 150 metres with a few steps.
