Relax and recharge with friends or family in Coobowie. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully enclosed yard and a short stroll to the beach, pub or playground. Guests must bring own sheets, pillowcases & towels (if you require host to supply linen please request at time of booking, $30 per queen bed and $15 per single fee). Seachange is situated on a quiet street with friendly neighbours. Sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning sunsets and sea breezes from our outdoor entertaining area. The space Seachange @ Coobowie can sleep up to 12 guests and is perfect for extended family getaways! Fully self contained, the home has kitchen, living and outdoor entertaining with room for larger groups to enjoy a restful and relaxing stay. Bedrooms consist 4 queen size bedrooms, with two bunk beds (4 singles) in the 5th bedroom. Please note, we recommend only children sleep in the top bunks. Quilts, quilt covers, pillows, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied. Guests must bring their own sheets, pillow cases and bath towels. Host can supply an additional fee of $15 per person ($30 per queen bed and $15 per bunk single) - please arrange this at the time of booking. There is a main bathroom with separate toilet and shower/bath. The Master bedroom also has a private ensuite. A short walk to Coobowie beach, the pub or playground. Guest access The entire property is yours, although the shed will remain locked for owner's belongings. Other things to note Seachange @ Coobowie is a pet friendly holiday home. We believe we can maintain a high level of cleanliness while allowing the fuzzy members of the family to join the holiday fun too! We appreciate dogs staying outside where possible. If they enter the home they must not be allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. All pet waste must be bagged and binned before checkout. Any extra cleaning resulting from a pet having been in the home may be billed to you, though this rarely happens as pet owners are so thoughtful and thorough. If you are planning on bringing your pet approval must be given in writing from the owner at the time of booking. Please message with the details of the pet(s) you plan to bring, along with your agreement to adhere to the above conditions.
