Absolute beach front, nestled in rainforest and sand dunes Wurtulla Beach - patrolled surf beach and dogs off leash 24/7, this large, stylish, beach home is the perfect destination to enjoy the magic of the Sunshine Coast. Cycle or stroll along the Coastal Walkway between the house and the beach on the bikes provided, or simply relax by the pool! An idyllic place for your family, friends and fur babies to make happy memories. The space This is one of those rare gems; a beautiful 4 bedroom home that backs onto the beach. No busy road, no traffic noise, just the soothing sounds of the ocean and birdlife. We are pet friendly, so your fur babies will love to spend time on holidays with you with easy access to our off leash 24/7 dog friendly beach. The home backs straight onto a patrolled beach. Flags and lifeguard on duty on weekends and school holidays from September until April each year to ensure the safety of your family. Looking north from the beach, you will see Point Cartwright or south - views of Moffat Headland. We back straight onto the Coastal Walkway and bike path so you can explore the coast from Buddina to Caloundra on the bikes supplied! A 20 minute stroll south along the beach, will take you to Currimundi Lake - great swimming for the kids - cafes and picnic areas. A 5 minute stroll north, along the shaded walkway will bring you to the brand new Bok Beach Estate, with family friendly shady BBQs, picnic areas, popular Bocca Italian restaurant, Wallace and Wood Ice cream and the fabulous new Sundays Coffee and Bagel cafe. The amazing water playground will keep the kids cool and entertained. We supply a beach trolley to cart all your belongings to make heading off for a picnic or BBQ super easy. We now have a new ‘cool cabana’ style sunshade for your comfort on the hot beach days. This 4 bedroom house has: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed (& ensuite) Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 4 2 x Single Beds Full Main bathroom - shower, bath, double vanity Ensuite to master - shower, toilet, vanity Separate toilet off the laundry room. We have a porta-cot and a highchair available for infants. There is a fenced back yard to keep your little ones from wandering and the pool is fully enclosed separately for toddler safety. The property has driveway parking for 3 cars. There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough for your family or group. The keys can be accessed through an onsite lock box. The code and property address will be sent to you on the morning of your check in. This is a very large, impressive home with multiple areas for you to relax and enjoy: 2 bathrooms 3 lounge areas (2 indoor and 1 outdoor) 2 dining areas (1 indoor and 1 outdoor) Outdoor BBQ Glistening salt water pool Tropical garden, with bushland setting beyond and secret private walkway to beach Cooling ocean breezes Sounds of the ocean to sooth you to sleep It's a unique property that allows you to spend time together or to have some quiet time alone in one of the many private spaces here. The home is equiped with lots of books, popular board games, puzzles and toys for the kids. Hours of fun to be had for the family. Pets There is a small fenced grassy area with doggy door access and a fence along the back of the property for safety. The floors are all new and pet friendly. We do ask for $50 per dog per stay to cover the extra cleaning costs that come with the pleasure of bringing your fur babies. Please advise when booking if you will be bringing your pets. Max 2 dogs per stay. Unfortunately we are unable to host cats. Kitchen The kitchen is very well equipped and has all appliances and fittings. This includes ice-maker fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need. Laundry Full washer, dryer and clothesline available Television The main indoor lounge has a huge Smart TV, perfect for for your Netflix or streaming accounts, all apps as well as the regular free to air channels. Internet We have free, unlimited, fast broadband NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. Details available on check in. Linen and Supplies We supply all linen, sheets, towels, bathmats, tea towels etc. as well as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, hand sanitiser, dishwashing liquid and basic cleaning items. We have attempted to make this as user friendly for our guests as possible. You are, after all, here on holidays! Pool The property has a glistening salt water pool. It is not artificially heated. You have the option of the pool or a short stroll to the beach. Beach The beach is a short stroll on your private path. There is a secret 'locals only' track which you will find - if you search carefully, otherwise there are two council beach accesses. The northern access suitable for wheel chairs and strollers and is closest to the lifeguard tower and patrolled area. The southern access has stairs but takes you straight to the 24/7 dogs off leash area. Wurtulla Beach is patrolled with lifeguard/surf life-savers from September until April on weekends and school holidays. The flags denote the patrolled area you can swim and have someone looking out for you. This means the beach is un-patrolled in May, June, July and August. The walking and bike path separate the house form the beach. The path extends north to Buddina and south to Caloundra. Don't just admire this property from afar, come and stay and create life long memories here. This truly is a special property. Guest access Guests have sole and complete access to the house, pool and garden. Garage is locked and not available for use. There is a carport for 2 cars. Other things to note There is native bushland between the home and the beach and you may see native Australian animals such as wallabies, bush turkeys, and the occasional snake. We also see lace monitor lizards at times. These are all harmless unless approached. If you stick to the walkways you will be safe.
