Located in the middle of the downtown Charleston peninsular underneath the iconic live oak trees and next to Hampton Park. The space STR Permit #: OP2025-06886 ⚝ During the day: You will find yourself emerged in natural light thanks to a spacious floor plan and large windows all around, providing an unobstructed view into the local neighborhood and wonderful trees around the house! You will unwind within an open kitchen and living room concept with vaulted ceiling and exposed original and massive oak ceiling beams from 1915. A unique experience which allows you to connect with the history of Charleston and our place. ⚝ At night + Ambient light: You will love the hidden LED ambient/mood light which will allow you to see your new „home away from home“ in your color of choice! Try it out and let it bounce to your favorite music by using the 65“ TV, YouTube or streaming services and as the cherry on the top: A high-quality sound system! (The ambient light switch is located on the right side at the cabinet next to the kitchen sink) Guests enjoy private sleeping quarters while having access to thoughtfully designed common areas, including the kitchen and living room. We live in a separate area of the property, so you’ll have quick support if needed while still enjoying full privacy. ⚝ Beds: At night you will fall asleep in no-time thanks to our high-quality beds and mattresses! No loud outdoor noises allow for a very peaceful night. ⚝ Local surroundings: You will find the ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, while being next to local bars and restaurants! Including the Restaurant Lilian’s, which is only a 1 min walk! After full renovation and stylish updates throughout, this Scandinavian inspired home is a secret spot in the middle of the downtown peninsular! Experience the ultimate in comfort, convenience, and style. Note: The property on the right side is currently getting renovated. The parking lot can used by our guests, but only with one car. Other cars can park for free on the street. Easy parking since we are in a quit and family friendly neighborhood :-). Guest access ⚝Early check-in requests: Text us for Cleaning Service Scheduling Updates for a FREE OF CHARGE early check-in and late check-out request on the day of your arrival and departure! :-) ⚝ Door lock and Code: You can conveniently check yourself in at any time using a digital door lock, providing a seamless and hassle-free arrival experience. The door code will be provided on the day of your arrival and will be valid for the duration of your stay! ⚝ Parking: Private parking on the property for one medium sized car. We have seen bigger cars to fit as well, but it will be a little bit more tricky to drive into the parking lot due to a narrow gate (13 ft) and a one way street. As a little hint to support a great parking experience: It is easier when passing the entrance to our parking lot by a couple feet, then backing-up a little into our neighbors driveway across from the entrance and then to drive straight forward onto your on-site parking spot with the „Guests Welcome“ sign. Other things to note ⚝ Location of King street and night life: You can walk to the famous seafood restaurant “Leons” on King Street within 10 to 15 minutes. Once on King you can follow the street to the bustling center of King street within 10 minutes by foot. The fastest and easiest way is a quick 5-minute drive when starting from our house directly, giving you easy access to both the vibrant shops, dining and nightlive while still offering a peaceful retreat. ⚝ Groups of People: 2 queen beds.
