Family friendly 3 bed house in John Fowler's Holiday Park by Hayle. Great for all holiday makers. Holiday park amenities include - a swimming pool, play area, crazy golf and tennis. Bar and restaurant area onsite. The property has a large lounge / dining area downstairs with a bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. John Lewis towels and linens provided with extra towels for the beach. Selection of toys provided for all ages. Dogs welcome - no extra Charge The space Large lounge diner for families. We also have a well equipped kitchen. 2 large bedrooms upstairs with a bedroom downstairs. 2 large bathrooms with separate shower and bath. One upstairs and one downstairs. Up to 2 Well behaved Dogs are welcome again at no extra charge, saving you up to £100 in park fees On John Fowler holiday park - close to Hayle beach, Gwithian and local sights at St. Ives. Guest access Guest access is via lockbox - code provided 24 hours before. Check in from 3pm. Check out 10am. The park facilities are available to guests - All Bookings after the 5th March 2025 include a free Leisure Pass for the sites facilities. Parking is communal about 20 yards from the property. No electric charging points at the property - but many charging points nearly including fast charging at St. Earth train station. Tee Cees Diner and The Old Forge are walking distance whilst you wait. Other things to note Leisure Passes During any of the School Holidays, Leisure Passes are needed to access/use any of the site facilities within the park including the Bar/Restaurant and Swimming Pool/Entertainment Facilities and will have to be shown to access these areas. Outside of the School Holiday’s A leisure pass is needed for the Swimming Pool and Leisure Facilities, but the Bar area and Restaurant are free to use if you require. Swimming Pass If you would just like a one off Swimming Session ,a Swimming Pass will be needed, and can be bought from Reception for £6 per property per session.
