Catskill retreat - near mountains, river and lakes We are sharing our weekend home, where we enjoy nature and outdoors. If you are looking to relax in quiet place, or maybe writing a book, or like to take soil bath, share time with your children then it is right place. Barbecue and outdoor dining, swimming and sunbathing. The space House is fully furnished, surrounded by woods, offering guest privacy and yet near to everything to fully enjoy your get away. The large deck, pool, gazebo, custom built barbecue with oven are great for entertaining all year around. This house is perfect for people who like nature and peace. Large yard where a lots of wild flowers grow. Birds are free to nest anywhere around and they enjoy it. You may see from woodpeckers to deer. Bears are living in the area as well and we are all living peace. We don’t use any fertilizers on our grass, we are trying to leave with nature. To enjoy skiing, 10 ml to Hunter Mountain or Windham, 10 mins to Hudson and Amtrak Station. Great restaurants, many Farmers Markets. Guest access Entire property Other things to note We offer our guest to enjoy the pool, but we have no hot tub this season. The yard is maintained if necessary while occupied. In the winter in addition to electric heat boards we use woodstove that is primary heat source for the living room, family room and kitchen. We provide the wood. For monthly stays or longer, if electricity bill is excessively high, guest will pay the difference.
