The Hygge House on White Lake!

A place to relax, disconnect, be cozy and comfortable. Designed for families. Located along the shores of White Lake and within 10 minutes of Lake Michigan beaches and Montague/Whitehall. The White Lake area has something for everyone all year round. Whether you’re staying in to take in the views or exploring the area, the Hygge House is for you! The space Inspired by a Hygge approach to things and Scandinavian, Mid-century design the house is intended to evoke a sense of simplicity and comfort (in other words, a place to disconnect and enjoy a vacation). Hot tub available winter only (Labor Day thru Memorial Day). Guest access The entire home, two patios, hot tub (in winter months) gas fireplace, wood burning fireplace, vinyl record player, front and back yards, bicycles and lawn games are available for guests to enjoy. There is lake access directly from our property, public access to White Lake five minutes down the road, and the beaches of Lake Michigan are within ten minutes. Other things to note We are passionate about our guests getting to know Montague! It is a quaint, historic small town that is encapsulates all the best things about Michigan summers: the lake, small businesses, great food and ice cream! We are also passionate about respecting our neighbors by adhering to property lines and noise ordinances, so we expect our guests do so as well.
