Great place to stay for a nearby festival, a duck hunt, or the lake itself! (Only 18 miles from Clarksdale, home of the blues and Juke Joint Festival; 12 miles from Helena, Arkansas and the King Biscuit Festival; less than 10 miles from Stovall and Mighty Roots Festival!) Note- Closets and dressers occupied with personal belongings unless discussed in advance. Cooking house available to use for grill but please do not use any other cooking equipment.
