AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING. • All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking. • Three complimentary parking spots are available at the Valet. • The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival. • DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING. • Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property. • Pets are not permitted in this residence. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $316.25 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator. • Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
