Quiet family area, strict no smoking, no loud noise or, no pets The space HEATED POOL! To be turned on at your request for a $150 fee. Enjoy a beautiful backyard with a fire pit, gazebo with night lights and Large pool. Beach chairs and beach towels and bath towels! The house is suited with alarm system and pool alarm on both doors with pool access, which can be activated at your convenience for the safety of your children. Swim at your own risk. You are responsible for you and your children who are swimming. Please be careful - the deep end of the pool is about 6 feet.
