Guests can purchase water park passes, but they are not included in the rental price. Passes must be purchased online ahead of time (3 and under are free). This allows variety to your trip, and saves money if you are not planning on using the water park. Easy access to room with lockbox. Kitchen has an electric skillet and a Lean Grilling Machine for cooking. The shared areas have gas fire pits, picnic tables, playground equipment and exercise room. Hot tubs throughout resort and include roof top hot tub in the next building over with excellent mountain views. There are often movies, live music, and other fun activities going on at the resort. Permit 19-09 This resort complex hosts a restaurant (Noah's Canteen), pizza parlor (Wildcat Pizza), coffee shop, frozen yogurt, sport/rental shop, and free parking. The local community pool and bike park are free easy to walk to most places or get around by bike The condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator. There is also an area on the ground floor to lock your bike up and ski lockers for the winter so the gear does not need to be taken upstairs. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee that helps accommodate for the additional time to clean and sanitize for the next guest. It is sent as a separate request. There is a $100 refundable deposit to ensure our key cards are returned to the lockbox upon departure. Thank you
