Has a blend of character & style in the living room with its 24 ft vaulted ceiling, wood stove, and two Dutch doors. A large deck surrounds the house. Situated on an Acre of land and, you will have the privacy you deserve. The open kitchen design with a large island offers the perfect family kitchen party where everyone can be together because let's face it, we always end up hanging out there! A large 84-inch sold wood table can accommodate family meals, the perfect poker game, and or puzzle enthusiasts. All the while everyone can enjoy a warm crackling wood-burning fireplace in the same space. Brand new floors everywhere with modern concrete on the first floor. The 50-inch TV, coffee maker and beautiful french doors in the Master bedroom make it a hotel-like space of its own! Beautiful Boho decorated guest bedroom with new queen bed, please note that all mattresses are new foam mattresses. Loft offers privacy with a floor separating it from the master, wake up immersed in nature with stunning views from the bay windows. Please note that children are welcomed, there is a high chair, booster seat, and park & play. Please note we are not baby proof :) SNOW! : It may snow while you are there, we have a shovel and salt on-site if you want to clear the stairs, the hot tub or BBQ area, please note we cannot take responsibility for snow removal while you are on site unless we are notified and we can arrange it. Renter and renters guests agree to hold harmless property owners, host, and affiliates from liability related to stairs, rails, ladders, and art installations, and design. Whole house You will receive boutique hotel service where your happiness and great experience is our top priority. Surrounded by seasonal creeks, boulders, forest & mountain views, it offers a peaceful space to disconnect and recharge. Houses are far from one another, and you get the mountain remote feeling as we are in the thick of it. 4 min drive to the Idyllwild village, 15-18 min walk. Please bring your firewood You can buy some at the hardware store and the market 4 minutes away. The roads can also be covered in ice or snow during the winter months. If you are traveling during the winter months, make sure your vehicle is equipped with snow chains and/or all-wheel drive / 4x4. Maximum of 1 fur baby, contact me if you have more than one, and please note they must have their own bed. Puppers must not be left unattended in the house, or allowed on furniture or bedding pretty please :) Please note that extra pets or guests will not be unnoticed by the parking lot cameras :/ which are on for your safety. Last but not least, there are potential predators, so it's prudent to keep them safe on a leash when they take you for a walk :)
