It features a refreshing pool, 3 comfortable bedrooms, and 3 modern bathrooms. Perfect for a tranquil getaway, this home offers beautiful water views and a blend of comfort and relaxation. - Sleeps 8 Comfortable, but we will allow up to ten with two small kids, but not more than 6 adults. -Guest must be 25+ to book -Guests will have full access to the home - 3 bed, 3 bath -Keyless entry -7 min drive to Roger’s Park man made beach -12 min drive Sun West park with - 12 min drive to Pine Island open beach -MAX 4 vehicles this includes trailers Bedrooms -Master Bedroom: king -Second Bedroom: queen -Third Bedroom: queen, futon, games, bathroom Bathrooms -Master Bathroom: standing shower -Second Bathroom: combination shower tub -Third Bathroom: combination shower tub Need to Know -Property is monitored by a camera at the southeast corner looking to the backyard. -After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS. Essentials: -Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. -Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. -Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware. -Pets under 30 lbs welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog. Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower. Other things to note Things to do Beach: Pine Island is a 12 min drive, Rogers Park has a man made beach on the Weeki Wachee River and is a 7 min drive, Sun West Park is a 12 min drive. All of the great restaurants on the beach are mins away Grocery store (Publix, WalMart and Target) is ten mins away Weeki Wachee is a ten min drive. Tampa Airport is about 60 mins St Pete/clearwater Airport is about 65 mins Homosassa is 30 mins Disney - less than two hours Universal - less than 2.5 hours Swim with the manatees at Crystal River- less than 45 mins Tampa Bay Bucs Stadium -60 mins Tampa Bay Rays Stadium is 90 mins Tampa Bay Lightning -60 mins Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are less than one hour Lego land is less than 1.5 hours YOU WILL BE SENT A RENTAL AGREEMENT AFTER YOU RESERVATION IS MADE. WE WILL NEED YOUR AGREEMENT AND A COPY OF YOUR ID BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS TO KEEP YOUR RESERVATION ACTIVE. We are available via text, call or email. The home is in a very nice neighborhood. Please keep in mind that this is a residential area. Neighbors do live and work in the area, so noise must be kept down Car, Uber, biking or walking We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there IMPORTANT: Your safety is important.
