Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry room, and the private screened pool and spa area. In addition, guests can enjoy full access to the Windsor Island Resort amenities, which include: • Resort-style swimming pool • Lazy river and water slides • Splash pad for kids • Clubhouse and fitness center • Mini golf course • Volleyball and basketball courts • Fire pit and relaxation areas • On-site dining and café Parking is available for up to four vehicles, with two spaces in the garage and two outside. Additional parking is also available on-site. Please note that all guests and drivers must be pre-registered with the resort gate security prior to arrival to ensure smooth entry into the community. Other things to note SELF-CATERING HOME This is a self-catering vacation home. A small starter supply kit is provided, and guests may purchase additional supplies during their stay from nearby grocery stores. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. HOUSE RULES • No smoking or vaping inside the property (violation fee applies). • Pets are not permitted except for approved service animals. • Parties or events are not allowed. Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: After 4:00 PM • Check-out: Before 10:00 AM - Self-check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. - All guests and drivers must be pre-registered with the resort gate security before arrival. Guests must check in at the main gate to receive a parking pass. - Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. POOL & SPA HEATING Pool and spa heating is available for $25 per day. When heating is enabled, the pool temperature is approximately 88°F, and the spa can reach up to 104°F. Please note that heating may not operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 65°F for safety reasons. BBQ GRILL A BBQ grill is available for guest use. Gas is not included and may need to be refilled if required.
