Welcome to our log cabin in the woods! Ideally located at the end of the street with access to Saxon Creek trail and acres of forest and miles of hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing from the front door. What we love about this home is the privacy; the feeling of being in the mountains and woods, with views of tall pines from inside, including from some of the bedrooms. Spread out between two open-concept living areas, soak in the hot tub, or find yourself in a competitive game of pool. The space Although tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, the cabin is only 8 miles from town and 7 miles to the lake, with very easy access to Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe, beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants, 2,846 square foot higher end 4BR / 2.5BA home is allowed 12 guests (8 guest, plus up to 4 additional children under 6 years old). There are 9 beds (including the 2 twin rollaway beds) and sleeping arrangements for 12. The dining table with seating for 8 (with extra seating at the island) is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal.
