Spacious counters give you plenty of meal prep space. A coffee pot and Keurig are provided for you to use so you won’t have to miss out on your morning cup of coffee. Seating for 8 can be found at the large dining room table while additional seating for 4 can be found at the kitchen bar. Back deck access can be found through the sliding glass door in the main living space. The last bedroom is the master and gives you a spacious king size bed. A gas fireplace provides a cozy warmth for the room while the mounted flatscreen tv offers comfortable entertainment. A master bathroom gives you the privacy you desire with double vanity sinks and glass walk in shower. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
