A valid Visa or MasterCard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. Please note that to confirm your booking, you will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. Please Note: We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction. Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras: We have cameras at the back of the house capturing the pool and backyard. We have a camera at either side of the house and two cameras at the front of the house capturing the front porch and driveway. There is a doorbell camera on the front door downstairs.
