Any unauthorized event or large gathering will result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with NO REFUND. 3. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS of any kind. We cater to families with kids. There will be a $500 fee charged to clean up the smell. 4. NO VISITORS. Any undisclosed guest will be fine an extra fee per night. ($50dlls) Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you. 5. NO parking in front of neighbors. There is plenty of parking in front of the house. 6. NO PETS - DOGS or any PETS are not allowed. FURS are extremely difficult to remove from the furniture. If there are dog/pet furs are found in the house, there will be an additional $150 charged for deep cleaning. ** DURING YOUR STAY** We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via the Airbnb app, text, or call.
