Fish off the patio for rainbow trout & brown trout. Experience indoor/outdoor living like never before. The space The River Cottage has a newly remodeled open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining Area with views of the Pecos River and a lovely grassy open meadow shaded by Cottonwood Trees. The SINGLE bedroom can accommodate up to 5 guests in (1) King Bed and (1) Twin Trundle Bunk Bed that can sleep 3. Perfect for a family or VERY close friends. The bedroom is outfitted with blackout curtains as well as sheers. The single bath is outfitted with a large shower and complimentary toiletries. The common areas include a spacious fully equipped Kitchen, Living Area with comfy lounge seating and an indoor Dining Area with a table perfectly suited for 4. The River Cottage is one of the 3 Architect-designed, Interior Designer-furnished houses we have on the property. The Porch House, River Cottage & A-Frame are open year-round for the perfect getaway to the mountains. In the Spring, Summer, and early Fall, your on-property choices include Glamping tents for couples and families, as well as remodeled Airstreams & Spartan Trailers. The property also includes an open-air pavilion, a shared sauna, and a wood-fired hot tub (for use by reservation in the summer only). Enjoy a round of Bocce ball on our court or challenge friends and family to a game of Corn Hole. Relax by the river in abundant Adirondack chairs or nap in one of the property's many hammocks. Guest access The entirety of the River Cottage is exclusively yours to enjoy but feel free to wander the property and enjoy the open air Pavillion and numerous Adirondack chairs sprinkled throughout the property. The Pavillion Area has a covered fireplace for guests to enjoy as well as a large communal campfire close to the river. Other things to note Outdoor Amenities include a Gas Grill, covered porch with an outdoor dining table and chairs, Riverfront Wood fire pit (and wood) and Adirondack chairs. Snuggle up in our cozy campfire blankets while toasting s'mores. If you are visiting us in winter, we recommend a vehicle with four-wheel drive.
