Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, backyard with dining area and hot tub, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for up to 2 vehicles, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note SECURITY CAMERA: Security camera located at the front of the home, facing the driveway and property entrance only.. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
